Life is different in the age of COVID-19, but skin cancer is the same devastating disease, no matter the crisis. One in five Americans develop skin cancer, and two people die every hour as a result of it.
As we head into the holiday season, we want to shine a bright light on some skin cancer warriors who have battled the world’s most common cancer and prevailed. Every survivor has a unique and compelling story to tell, but when the battle is over, the goals are the same – to educate as many people as possible about the dangers of skin cancer and ways to prevent it from happening in the first place.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, we’ve heard from skin cancer patients who are worried about canceled and postponed appointments or surgeries. To provide you with guidance and answers from the experts, our dermatologists have put together a COVID-19 & Skin Health educational video series. Watch here.

You can help. Our Unite to Fight Skin Cancer Campaign is a way for us to join together to save and improve lives by raising funds for free skin cancer screenings, patient and professional education and research.
It takes a team to take down skin cancer. We hope you’ll join ours!
